Our team, aptly named "La Femmes" which translates to "The Women" is comprised of passionate individuals who are committed to empowering women from all walks of life. Together, we work tirelessly to create opportunities for personal development, career advancement, and interpersonal impact. We are dedicated to breaking barriers and dismantling the societal norms that limit the potential of women.

As an empowerment network, we look to partner with other social organizations, to curate high-level programming that serves the lower shore and beyond.  By facilitating initiatives that are specifically geared toward women, we look to provide a space for relationship cultivation & growth.
